NUPI Industrie Italiane installed its ELOWEB radiant heating system at the Terme di San Siro spa in Milan. The Teatro delle Terme project is a prestigious urban regeneration initiative in the heart of Milan's San Siro district, which focused on the restoration of the historic Scuderie de Montel. Built in 1915 in Art Nouveau style, the stables are now undergoing a careful and sustainable transformation, transforming them into a modern spa center, combining historical value and innovation. As part of this ambitious project, NUPI Industrie Italiane was chosen to install the radiant floor system, using the Eloweb system, designed to ensure efficient heating and cooling in all spa wellness areas. The system was installed in highly specific environments such as wet areas, wellness programs, and relaxation areas, where aesthetic continuity and quality climate comfort are key. The system was created with Eloweb thermoformed panels and 17x2 mm PE-RT pipes, installed with variable spacing to meet the different thermal needs of the rooms. The radiant solution allows for precise temperature control, optimal energy efficiency, and the elimination of visible elements, while respecting the original architecture and high-quality finishes. Eloweb once again confirms its position as the ideal choice for high-profile projects where aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability must coexist in perfect harmony.
